We uphold a commitment to transparency and security, with each arrangement complemented by a signed legal contract for our mutual peace of mind. In all cases, payments are to be fully completed before 30 days of wedding date.

Gaia is a fully insured photographer for up to 2 million GBP. If your venue requires any insurance proof etc please let us know as early as possible, no later than one month prior to event.
